<div class="IPBDescription">What to use, and how?</div> I'm looking for a FreeWare program and possibly and simple tutorial that allows me to make animated .gifs. I have PhotoShop 7, and I'm pretty sure it can't make animated .gifs, if it can I'm but a fool... Any help?

Thanks, how do I add a different picture into another frame? I can create a new frame, but it's the same as the frame before it.

Depends on what you want to do
You generally just move the layer(s) or hide/unhide the layer(s)

When I move the layers, all the frames of animation change.

is it cool ?
Well, I click on the second frame and bring over the other layer, which is my next frame of animation on top of the first layer, but everything changed. Am I not editing the second frame correctly?

Use Graphics Gale (it has many functions also, but still better), its not freeware, but still good. But freeware programmes are the best! There are, but I havent got any.
The best way i have found to make animated gifs with image ready is to same you'r frames in a folder, on say your desktop.
Then in image ready go to file/import/frame from folder
Im using the CS version of image ready but i'm pritty sure its in version 7 too.
Regards.
