and
<a href='http://www.radioshack.com/anso/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=CTLG&category%5Fname=&product%5Fid=25%2D3079' target='_blank'>Linksys Instant PowerLine EtherFast 10/100 Bridge</a>

I remember DOOM was tihnking of ussing these things to do his network.

Do they actualy work?

Are they worth 10 bucks each?

Or you could spend a little more money get a hub/router and a networcable(s) and have a proper one then your mates can come round and plug in and have merry weekends

I ended up getting a wireless setup instead of the powerline thing cause 1) the adapters were very expensive and 2) very very slow bandwidth. Like 10mb a second or something if I recall.

But if you can get em for $10 then I say go for it.

I can probably guarantee you one thing Thansal, it's 10 quintillion times better than this sh**box D-Link router of mine.
