So I just bought this flatscreen TV. It's about the size of a book cover.
What I wanted to do is make it a nother monitor, eg, have MSN and IRC on it while playing wow.
Now what I did was connect it to my TV-Out and now what I see is obviously my PC screen.
How would I go about doing it? I heard hydravision does this.

What I want is a program, that for example allows me to switritch focus between monitors without going to desktop on the main one.
Like checking the stats of an item while in wow <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Or allowing me to increase the font size of everything on the other monitor.
And i have a x850xt and a amd64 3500+.
But it probably depends on your video settings.
The 6 moniter setups are good for flight sims I think
there are a few draw backs. first among them that the cursor will happily leave the game window onto the other monitor in nearly any game. so, being a commander is a bit harder, as the mouse will go drop med packs on the desktop. it ameks srcolling right hard in many rts games for similar reasons. ( note that you can make the second monitor smaller in resolution to partially remedy this situation)
second many game s like to center themselves on your destop before tehy maximize on teh firstt monitor which means that the second monitor will also center. the means that you will end up looking at the awkward section of you desktop between the two halves.
that and ini win2k its a bit of a paing because maximize doesnt work properly. but that is neither hear nor there.
...
yeah.
Is there any way to increase the DPI on the other monitor?
What about the sharpness? The text is much harder to read on AV than it is if I watch TV on it. Irreprable or am I just a f00l?
You'd be best off geting a second monirtor if you want to use a second display. The only thing I have ever used my TV for in relation to my computer was to warch movies.
