I'd like to see a website/forum for the veteran server.
I checked NSA's site looking for one, and was unable to find one. Just to deal with server happenings and ban appeals. It's kinda unfair if someone gets banned and they don't know who/how to contact someone.
Nice one NSA looks like this service was really needed, such a huge response makes me think you might need a second server like this very soon. Now to try get a ping to this server lower than 350ms and yes thats on adsl 512 cept its from down below in South Africa......
<!--QuoteBegin-Snakestyles+Mar 9 2005, 09:31 AM--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> (Snakestyles @ Mar 9 2005, 09:31 AM)</td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin--> Nice one NSA looks like this service was really needed, such a huge response makes me think you might need a second server like this very soon. Now to try get a ping to this server lower than 350ms and yes thats on adsl 512 cept its from down below in South Africa...... <!--QuoteEnd--> </td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'> <!--QuoteEEnd--> It's kinda hard for the NSA admins to fix your location to improve your ping :/

Anyways, Its nice to know that armslab has stricter standards. The minimum skill level on the server is acceptable.
I'm trying to pull for those who aren't competitive but are skilled to get an oppurtunity to get a slot by going through a #nslearn training session.
Veteran server would give the perfect place to apply the knowledge obtained.<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd--> Yes, and I was thankful for it. It was at a good time too. Eventually they were given out to too many people and the skill did decline (of course those who got included in the lower skill range at the time would have never complained).
I wasn't meaning to complain about skill just mentioning that there are a lot of people who are just as skilled as some cal players (who don't have the time to play competitive or don't want to, etc.), but you seem to have gotten that just fine.

Pls get rid of the flipping res slot kick. It has totally ruined several games. Like some guy is all "hey I'm commanding and about to drop a phase where the alien scouting has failed and WHOOPS KICKED LOL! Have fun losing even though you ownt opening game, marines!" Or some other guy will be gorging at 3:45 to drop the second hive and HO HO, KICKED! It totally slobbers all over some nasty goat dong and needs to stop.

Join server, dominate as a skulk, fade - kicked. (-50 res for alien team) Rejoin server, dominate as a skulk again, fade - whoops! kicked again. (-50 res for alien team) Rejoin server, repeat as before, gorge to drop a hive... take a guess. (-50 res, that's 40 + 10 for the challenged) Rejoin server, can't join aliens, dominate as a marine, get a heavy armour package, WHOOPS kicked again. (-15 - 15 - 5 = -35 res for marine team).
This goes on and on, but oh well - if you're not in a clan then you lack the skill (yes, not experience olololol) to play on the server anyway. It ruins games, yes. However, the server is doing the competitive community a lot of good.

Sorry. If you don't wanna get kicked, get a res slot.
ps: you are the worst poster on these forums, can you please... not post in this section. Please.

I would rather like a slot, guess I will give Hellabeano a ring a ling ding
