    It'd actually be pretty simple to just re-make the sprite from the image posted on that thread. Check out the sticked thread "Want to make models, skins or sprites?" and check out a tutorial on making sprites. Really, you should be able to learn to make that sprite and get it in-game in less than half an hour, and you'd know how to make sprites if you wanted to do it in the future.
