Firefox 1.0.1 has been released.

<!--QuoteBegin--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->Here's what's new in Firefox 1.0.1:

    * Improved stability
    * International Domain Names are now displayed as punycode.

      To show International Domain Names in Unicode, set the "network.IDN_show_punycode" preference to false.
    * Several security fixes.
<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
The IDN stuff is related to an IDN phising exploit discovered recently.

    Oh, aparently this isn't yet available through the "check for updates" thing yet due to some technical problems or something. If you prefer to get it that way it should be available in a few days.

    Or if you're lucky, you'll see a small green button with an up arrow next to the help menu.

    And yes it isn't there yet. Best to install it manually. It didn't break anything on my end obviously ^^

    I was able to go from 1.0 to 1.0.1 with absolutely no problems with any extensions. I got all of mine intact.

    All extensions should work fine since nothing major was changed in the browser, aside from the phishing exploit. <!--emo&::nerdy::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/nerd-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='nerd-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
    After all, this is just a small security patch, not a major patch.
