Hl2 Sprites

If somebody could convert the Hl2 explosion and blood sprites to NS I'd be very happy.
I tryed to do it myself but the explosion doesn't look like the Hl2 explosion and the blood ain't transparant.

well, i dont think the explosions from hl2 can be brought into hl1 because of maybe the engine quality differences? other than that i dont know why someone hasn't done it already.

you compiled the sprites incorrectly. i told you earlier that the blood sprites are indexed alpha, not additive (transparent). you might want to read a FAQ on sprites (maybe at HL·ERC) before attempting to make them...

I could make the gun sprites for quite a few of the weapons...it's a text file if I'm not mistaken...

as far as i know its a *.spr cos u can replace them. i kno about the *.txt's but i don't kno what there for

yeah,but here are some of my odd finds

an OICW weapon sprite
a sprite for an actual arrow,not a reg. bolt like the cross bow uses
the tau cannon weapon sprite
a toilet sprite
and a different looking pulse rifle sprite

btw,this is ALL from just the demo...
