Some Problems...plz Help Me

<div class="IPBDescription">Creating a server..</div> hi plz help me...
I start NS and i am gonna create a private server... in the begining...after choosing the setting for my server..i click ok and wanted to start it...but instead nothing happen..so i tried again to create...but instead it quit NS and jump back to desktop... plz someone help me on this...i tried reinstalling but it is no use...
