Onos Bate!

Every night on my server when we have a co map 1 or 2 marines go HA and they always say the same thing:

"I feel like Onos BATE tbh"

So i have come to the conclusion that HA in CO is there for Onos BATE!

All you have to do is stick the HA at the end of a corridor and have a few team mates JP and LA hiding round the corner and when u hear that Onos come to eat the Onos BATE HA wait and then as he eats the HA jump out and ambush lol

EASY way to take an Onos or 2 down. (doesn't work aswell if the Onos has charge or more than 2 Onos come along)

    Grenade spam is the only way to kill anything in any situation on any map in NS or in CO.

    Genade spam is usless against onos because if the onos has regen by the time u shot ya load and reloaded onos is bk on full health!

    Grenade spam is the only way to kill anything in any situation on any map in NS or in CO, providing every one on your team has the aforementioned Grenade Launcher.

    HA is onos bait in CO. Its slower than normal marines so its very susceptible to devour. any onos would go after a HA cos its just so slow.

    HA in CO is suicide unless somebody gets a welder for u. JP is the way man!

    HA aren't only Onos bait, have you ever watched one wander into the hive area...all skulks seem to stop biting whoever they're biting and immediately start chomping on HA ankles.

    HA is just general bait for aliens! they should make a book on how to lure aliens especially an onos!


    To lure an Onos and other aliens this is what you will need:

    1. HA

    Place the HA in a corridor and watch those ugly aliens come running for it. Just hope that the Onos gets the HA first otherwise the HA will die a slow painfull death at the mercy of the other aliens.

    lol I frequently whip out my knife and try to shove it up an Onos' arse, but usually I get devoured before I can do significant damage.

    Ugh, tell me about it. Just had a game of CO where I decided to try out HA again. Went into a corridor with 2 LA in front of me, and an Onos came around the corner. He actually pushed past the LAs and made a beeline for me, completely ignoring them!

    I feel like onos bait a lot, but they do not appriciate being shot, so that might be it. I imagine they love my onos bait-in-a-can flavor. I must be really tasty, because those onos are picky eaters I tell ya, they pick one marine out of a crowd then run off...

    When i Onos i CHARGE in pick 1 out of a crowd (usually the HA) and then i run off and any LA who gets in my way, well is all i can say ROAD KILL <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    I make a point out of running atleast 2 LA over <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    The only reason i run off with the HA is because if i stay insight of the crowd of rines too long im dead even with this (bare in mind its 15 level server) Caraprace, Regen, Celerity, Adrenaline, Scent of frear and Charge i cant stay in there for more than 5 - 10 seconds otherwise if i did i would be shredded meat!

    Personally i would love to stay and have a long battle with the HA's friends but Onos these days just cant last long enough in a crowd of rines <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
