I have used this strategy so many times, and it works so well for me. Usually a skulk will come out and sit there and parasite you when you call for meds, and when you get the meds from a competent comm, you curse him....
THing is this is confusing for the comm, crying wolf. I try my best to tell the commander, when i need meds I ask over voice communication and over the gui menu. But yes, this strategy works well. also, if you are a decent shot, empty your pistol ammo, ask for ammo, and dry fire your pistol. Switch to your primary weapon quickly to kill it. (Click sounds in pistol & lmg are same.)
