Translucent Water?

ok im currently making a map, its a paired project which me and my bf are doing. serious one, and the first ive ever done. so i aint too experienced but im getting there.

ANYWAYS.. ive hit a bump where i dont know how to make my water translucent. like see through when you look down at it.. i know its possible. yet i cant figure it out, exactly how do i make water see through ??

    The wter has to be an entity ( func_water ).

    Use following values:

    Render Mode: Texture
    FX Amount: 120

    At the very bottom their is * Wave Height *
    Set it to 0.5 or 0 for still water.

    All you really need is rendermode set to Texure. The FX amount can be anything. 1 is basicly invisible, 255 is fully visible. 128 is a nice balanced value.
