Cant See Motion Blips

Blips like the 'parasite' and 'motion tracking' dont work for me in the game. I downloaded a few customizations and now I cant see these features. i tried reinstalling ns and then replacing small custom stuff like muzzleflash sprites and the same problem occurs again. I checked all my blip.spr files and they are all default (i didnt touch replace them). So can anyone help me find out why i cant see parasite and motion tracking signals on my screen? Would be mighty grateful thanks

nope it doesnt say that anything about missing files. even when i turn developer 1

do the sprites work?

are they named correctly.
AFAIK motion is named blip4.spr

yes they are all named correctly

AFAIK if they are named correctly and actually have a visible sprite in the file (ie open with sprview) then it should work

Running in Direct3d mode maybe? I tried that once to see if it would be faster then openGL (which it wasn't <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo--> ) and it gave me the same problem...

yes im using opengl already.

I get a load of missing blip4.spr in the console but I know it is in the folder. Can someone help me out?
