Any Decent Stats Program?

<div class="IPBDescription">I've scoured</div> I know CS in the past has had these stats programs that record stats.
I'm looking for something that isn't ServerSpy.net that keeps stats of players on a server thats viewable on a webpage via MySQL Databases.
