Just stumbled onto this beta, but i have no clue whatsoever on how to install it.. i ran the installer...but i dont seem to be able to run the game.. little help please?

    First off, do you have a steam account and a copy of the original Half-Life (1, not 2). The HL can be either from Steam or retail.

    But yeah, you'll need a copy of Half Life 1 (you can find them for 10 bucks, these days).

    good luck installing the game.... and next time you have a question post it in the tech support form, thats were all the smart NS junkies hang out , they can help you with anything it seems
