well the server is behind a router...ports 27005-27015 are forwarded and 27020-27025 alswell (for my HLTV's) the HLTV's work fine....the server doesn't
sv_lan is on 0
anyone a idea?

    Ports to open for Steam hlds:

    UDP 1200

    UDP 27000 to 27015 inclusive

    TCP 27030 to 27039 inclusive

    you dont need all of those ports open for a hlds dedicated server. i just open port 27015 and it works fine. people can see my server and everything.

    less ports you have open, less chance you can get attacked by a hacker or virus.

    I have to agree with GigaBite...

    My dedicated server has every port blocked except 27015 (it's not using a router, but the idea is the same, only 27015 is needed.)

    Of course, if the router is set up that your server can't open the other ports automatically, then yes, I assume there are some other ports required such as those that are in kwikloader's post...
