Is it possible to turn off auto-director if you're viewing a HLTV demo? I cant move my mouse while viewing one, so is there a command to turn it off?

you can also go into firstperson mode, but i forgot that command too

I watched the NA vs EU on hltv not so long ago It was great and I either remember the ad unlock command

Hitting your strafe keys is how you switch person you're spectating, and also turns off autodirector. I've never figured out why this mystifies so many people.
