dl steam install. if you ahven't already.. install steam
dl ns 3b5 and install..
its that simple:)

nope, the most recent public release was a full install (that is beta 5)

If you just installed steam; dont forget to play hl1 single player once, before installing ns... So that steam prepares necessary files and folders needed for ns...
