I have also a trange question. Is it possible to change mod on the fly on the server using a rcon and a command? For example from NS to DOD?

there are way too many ns server commands to type out here, just look at the server.cfg for the important ones.

and no, you cannot change mods on the fly. you have to restart the server and select a new mod, or in the case of an old won server or linux server, you have to use the "-game <mod folder>" paramater.
