Clients Getting Dropped

Not sure what is going on. I set up the server according to the instructions on another web site and the server starts fine. However, when a client connects he gets a drop from client. I have the latest download from the NS site for the server and client.
The server console simply states that the client dropped. Sometimes it says it couldn't set * keys.
This is happening to all my clients who connect.
I have a CS: S and a CS server running with out issue. Steam is all updated and I have WON anti cheat enabled.
Anyone have an idea why my clients get dissconnected. Happens to me to.
