Build Here Spraypaint

Would anyone be able to whip up a 'build here' spraypaint with a target on it? I'd like one to help commanders in ns_ matches drop buildings like turrets right where they need to. It doesn't have to be fancy; all I want is a spray that looks something like this:

You know if you size it right anybody can do that for you. Thx for the idea though. I'm gonna go make one like this and one with an arrow.
