I just installed natural selection beta 5 and i join a server and i see across the middle in green letters

"<i>Software mode not supported by Natural Selection</i>"

edit: I looked at console and found two things that oculd be the cause edit#2: make it three things!

1) error: server failed to transmit file "cuztomization"
2) missing bitmap font: gfx\vgui\fonts\640_overwatchscheme
3) Requesting tempdecal.wad from server

okay i did something now i only get the requesting tempdecal.wad one

do you play in software mode, or do you play it in OpenGl or Direct3D?? .. try changing to OpenGl or Direc3D
