Understand that asking about scripts is not like asking about hacks. You do not ask for "the pistol script" like you would ask for "aimbot." There is no The anything script. Everything can be done multiple ways with scripts. It's customizing your game, not an outside program.
Describe to us what you want your game to do with the pistol. You want a script that makes you shoot more bullets when you hit a button, right? How do you want it to work? How many bullets? Is control an issue here like it should be? You want a script that's smooth and no-hassle, right? We can SUGGEST a script. Just out of the blue I'd say what you're looking for is a script that makes your pistol shoot once when you click the button and once when you let go, so you can fire faster with less finger movement. It's short, easy, and you have the same control or more than by fast clicking. However, if you tried to use your LMG with this script, I think a badly made script might crash HL at worse, and at best would fire LMG bullets when you clicked down and one more when you let up automatically. It depends on how stupid the script writer is and if he gets his commands in the right places.
I don't have my userconfig and scripts in front of me, or I'd type you out one right here.

You'll feel the same when you've played the game as long and as much as I have.
You do have the full right to your own opinions about the matter, and if you feel that using the stopsound command demolishes the 'feel' of the game or something along those lines, then you are fully entiteled to do so. I do, however, beg of you not to shove your opinions down the throat of others, or try to turn the public opinion against people of views other than your.

Adios.
ps - accept that you lost clarity and decide to stop using stopsound (and gamma.. etc..) and I forgive you.
Why should he need forgiveness from a person who's post is nothing more than a blatent attempt at flamebaiting? <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
That lets the game play itself - I use it sometimes.

That requires you to hold a key down nubcaek. Real men toggle it.
Cool command. Only think I dun like about it, is that it seems to permenantly stop important sounds (like RT churning). <!--QuoteEnd--> </td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'> <!--QuoteEEnd-->
It doesn't stop that.
Merely posessing a bind that asks for a med and pops up some text does not necessitate that it be spammed. Merely using the command menu does not guarantee a lack of spam. The two have nothing to do with each other. The people you dislike are spammers, of no relation to people with a "need a med" bind.

Dear Xaajeh,
I will continue using stopsound untill it is announced to be illegal, or it is removed. Neither has yet happened that I know of.
I play this game enough to be allowed to relieve myself of irritating sounds like the start blings, the rt-biting sounds and other random assorted sounds that might sound cool if you're new to the game but after a while starts giving you headaches.
Regards,
tjosan
P.S. Thanks for the post-format kavasa, it serves a purpose.
You suck as much as this format.

Not sure if those are it.. but if not.. just jack your gamma up in your video card settings and you too can be like the great Tjosan.
Hell.. we might as well all go to multiplayercheats.de and lock and load since everybody wants to gain an advantage over everybody else.
Uh oh.. here come the big bad admins... coming to erase the link and restrict my right to speak all thanks to the lawless internet. Yeah, that's right. Removing this post/link is the same as telling someone they can't shop at Wal-Mart wearing a T-shirt that advertises a business.

obvious trolling, can we have him tempsuspended or otherwise calmed down before someone gets provocated by this...

same as above.

i wish i was in shape :/ i also wish i didnt have to waste time reading people who cant control their temper or words in front of a keyboard. so immature.
<!--QuoteBegin--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin--> That would at least get rid of most of the losers who would seek to reply to this post with some garbage argument about how they think I am wrong and such.<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
yeah, i could say youre wrong and i propably wouldnt be very mistaken, but i'll let it pass, because some people just dont take a hint no matter how often theyre proven otherwise.
all in all, best wishes, fellow forumite.
