Testers, Dev, Pr Journal Thread?

Long story short, would it be okay for staff post their opinions and ideas they though were good for the beta testing, maybe some SS's to show how the mod looks and feels in some changes. Also, it would also center for questions (heck, it's like taunting a dog with a slab of steak).

Are you saying that they should like...ask the community what they think of certain changes before they start to implement them? If you are, then yes.

No, more like the opinions of the 'staff' on the the mod about the changes, hence, a journal.
