Commander View Scroll Problem

<div class="IPBDescription">Out of control!</div> Everytime I try to command I cant move the view around with the keyboard without it shooting off in one direction. And if I use the arrow keys instead of wasd the view goes slowly and I cant change direction very well. This leads to me normally having to pseudo circle strafe to keep the view centered on one spot. I realize that you can move the view with the mouse but I need that for dropping ammo and health and stuff. Any suggestions on how i can move around the map with the keyboard?
