Fallout-esque and Turn-based? Cool maybe
RPG Codex, No Mutants Allowed, and Duck and Cover (to some degree) have been posting news about a new Russian (or Polish, can't remember and can't be bothered to look it up. Eat crap.) turn-based isometric RPG called Metalheart. The web page for Metalheart apparently goes nowhere (you can't click a language, but you can go to the Akella homepage), but you can look at Gamespot's page for it if you want some screenshots.

Anyways, the game apparently takes place on some wasteland planet. It's really unclear so far, but it is turn-based and isometric, and has miniguns, so it has some stuff in common with Fallout so far. Recently there was a leak; however, apparently, it was a full beta demo build, and some sites thought it was real, so they posted it. It was removed a day later when Akella claimed it was leaked; they were planning on releasing a demo soon anyways.

But anyways, just informing the forums of it. Check stuff about it. I'll post again when the real demo gets released.
