Map Crashing

<div class="IPBDescription">Due to rad</div> It started when Rad wouldn't complete because it said I hit the MAX_MAP_LIGHTS, and then when I tried to run the map I got this error: Fatal Error: AllocBlock: full
So I took some lights out and recompiled, this time with no error, but when I tried to run my map I got the same AllocBlock: Full crash.
Any ideas?
Also, Steam is crashing right when it's precaching resources.

Can't help you more than this, I'm afraid. Never had this error myself.
It sucks having to recompile, because it takes roughly 12 hours now. I'm almost done, then I'll release it to the public.
