[edit] BTW, Don't get a socket 940 over a socket 939. They're inferior chips.
Too late and it was not my PC which made it more nerve raking. When me and my friend built it Socket 939 was not released yet. And in any case the Asus SK8V had rave reviews from the hardware sites.
