Or am I missing something? Does radiation melt your skin and implode your brain?
Your spleen clots into a huge blood clot - your organs begin to liquify as a virus attempts to literally convert your body into the virus. Your liver becomes a semi-clear jelly. Inside your stomach, a virus attacks the lining and it peels away. It festers in there, growing in the cells in small black inclusion bodies of pure viral doom. In your intestines, the same thing happens, and it peels away into layers inside of you. After your spleen clotted up and used all your platelets, you begin to bleed a little bit. Any small incision will not stop bleeding. You begin vomitting up blood, including bits and pieces of your esophagus, stomach, and tongue. You begin running a fever and your brain gets slowly destroyed by it. Your eyes are bloodshot and possibly bleeding on the inside. Your entire body, still functioning to the very end, is filling with blood. Finally, just before your body fails from the lack of functioning organs, you 'bleed out', going into a massive siezure, and your continue vomiting up blood, and your bowels expel their contents: Muscular action causes you to literally **** out your own intestines. Everything inside of you has turned to soup. It's a 'miracle' that you've even survived as long as you have. In your siezure, you spray blood all around you, infecting even more people, and if you're one of the "lucky" ones, one-in-ten, you survive the ordeal before you 'bleed out', at the hands of the deadliest virus known to man.
As for radiation sickness, that'd be a tricky one. It really depends. Most of the time, you die of dehydration, anemia, and even internal bleeding. If you get a high enough dose, your brain can swell and cause death in 48 hours after a lot of vomiting, dirrahea, and delerium. In some cases your skin blisters off, said vomiting and dirrarhea, your hair and teeth fall out, and your tissues bleed. Generally, it depends on how big a dose. Usually they can 'cure' you for the time being with bone marrow transplants. But yeah, mainly you'd have to worry about thyroid cancer...

They smash both your kneecaps and elbows, and procede to cover you in honey, and let thousands of ants lose upon you, with a gas mask leading over the hoard so you can't be suffocated. And if you want my argument y, just go look at some pictures of people who where infected by it. For a more fictional type of death. Id say getting bit by a zombie and then slowly get sick and get feel worse and worse as you slowly get weaker to that point where you die. All the time knowing whats going to happen to you.
Either that or getting half digested in an onos and then getting rescued and pulled out of the dead onos' stomach half digested... Think about it, its not like your jsut gonna pop out ok.
Falling from a plane w/ no parashute. You get to scream for a few minuites before you die watiching the ground get closer and closer. Imagine: Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh (breath) Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh (breath) Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh (breath) Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh (breath) Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh (x10) Splat!

How is never dying any more idiotic than imagining the insane possibility of anything from being squashed by a ceiling covered in spikes to someone wanting to rip your fingernails off or slowly gut you? None of this is going to happen, don't worry.
On the other notes of this, i heard some lady fell like that and landed on telephone wires and lived with a few broken bones <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
