A Custom Nl Model?

Can someone make a GOOD custom grenade launcher model (With default anims and sounds cas they rock <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo--> )
Preferably in black to match the colour sceme of the below weapon

Also, im fed up off using custom models that use diffrent arm models, can someone please help a n00b out by telling me how i can make it so ALL my models use the same arms, Thnxs <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> (Must be simple please cas remember it will be my first time doing anything with models <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> )
EDIT: Ok i found out how to import one hand/arm texture to all my models using HLMV but i still need a good custom nadie launcher to make every single aspect of my ns modded =) If someone could just re-colour the original so its black and chrome that would be great (Only need the .bmp if ya dont wanna make the whole model or watever =P)
