Help!? Ns Mapping

<div class="IPBDescription">Rookie, wanna learn to make a NS map =)</div> Hey im kinda new to the mapping thing but most first person shooers ive played and other games, ive aways wated to make a map.

i currently really really want to make a ns seige map of some sort but i dont know what programs to use or how to do it..

If anyone with any spare time that knows how..or anyone can drop mea few hints as to what to download ect..id be most grateful..
