Right. So i have the Gator ready for skin, but only in .MAX form. Appartently the model gets all wierd when I put it in Milkshape (ie, i think all the faces are flipped but they wont un-flip for me... anyway, If someone want to have a go at the skin, i'd be glad to provide the files and .max for either skinning or conversion to a working .ms3d ...
I'll also provide two maps for each section of the model. a standard shaded gray defuse map and a wireframe map, both of the same size so you can overlay them.
Let me know and i'll zip em up and transfer over aim. (size will probably be too large for the board and i dont know the pass to my webspace, hah)

anyway -- i got the model unwrapped but for some reason one of the objects, the stock section, is saying that it has no mapping coordinates???
Any ideas anyone?
