Um, on the serious side though, the only 'catch' is that there are limited slots/times. Is that like an underwater goth, because i can't really see any reason for the use of "u" twice, infact, i can't see a first use for it as the word is spelled "you" and not "u," but of course, someone with an expert's grasp of the language, such as yourself, would know that already, right?
Also, between "boy" and "if" there should be a period or a comma, learn to break up your sentences. Between "goth" and "learn" there should also be a comma. "English" should also be capitalised and, as always, each sentence should end in a period.
So what were you saying about my grasp on the English language?

I would think its because it is a proper noun. You capitalize those if I'm not mistaken..
I mean, it is the name of the language. You could just call it a language or the language. But since English is its name and names are proper nouns, once would assume you should capitalize it.
As for you axman, if you can't take your time to write up a ledgible post that people can actually read, I would suggest not writing a post at all. This is the natural-selection forum, not AOL. People here dislike posts they can't read. It makes them grouchy and then they go out and turn into underwater goths.
Meanwhile, back on the topic of NSA's Halloween thing... Uh... anyone from NSA want to explain your event a little better so that people might be inclined to take part in it?
