    At the moment, the Recruiting is on hold until we get everything set up in the back scene.

    When the backscene will be done (the work done is just awesome), The recruiting proccess will be relaunched.

    I have yet to see a single NSGuide in <b>any</b> euro servers.
    Might be an idea to recruit some and/or fix your application form.
    (yes I have tried to apply, yes it is broken, and yes i am from europe)

    I cannot consider how you would ever have enough. A large amount of guides are the only way to make a difference.

    You don't need a tag to make a difference. You can make yourself useful until they start recruiting again (organization makes for efficiency, hopefully).

    I really doubt that the NSLearn guys and girls would be offended if you hung out in their IRC chan and answered people's questions. Or whatever other way you feel like helping.

    I concur with this statement. More guides out there, more help, more help, better community.

    If you become a guide, you'll realize that the icon is a responsibility. When ppl ask questions, you have to (or you should) answer them. And even if you don't, the folks who know the icon will bug you to answer. It's a job of patience and good humour. If you can't answer "How do I get better guns?" goodnaturedly for the 100th time, Guides isn't for you:)

    I think one of the main limiting factors is the interview process is very intensive and time consuming.

    I do believe I'm going to write a GUI that pops up multiple answers based on a set question, so I can stop taking time to type out the same thing 5 times a day
