Milkshape - Little Help Please

<div class="IPBDescription">face problem</div> when i whant to make a face and i click the first two vertexes i want to make a face of then everything is OK but when i Click the thirdt one to complete the face nothing happents and the face is not created
could someone explain me why tnx

Obst

1) Sometimes the face created is in a hidden group, so it is instantly hidden when being created
2) Check for backfaces
3) Check the polygon count before and after clicking the 3rd vertex to check if anything was created at all.

it isnt in a hidden group

i checked the polygon count and this is what he says
" Create Face: vertex 1228 selected (1. vertex in face)
Create Face: vertex 1227 selected (2. vertex in face)
Create Face: vertex 1226 selected (3. vertex in face)
Time: 0ms 0.000000sec"
so nothing is creeated.

i make the face counterclockwise so there is no backface made or how do i check for backface?

( IT IS A GUN I AM EDITING BUT WHEN I MAKE AN FRESH NEW DOCUMENT I CAN MAKE A FACE OTHERWISE NOT, IS THERE A WAY I CAN DESELECT A GROUP?)

There is an option called "Show backfaces" somewhere. Can't remember where it is off the top of my head. Make sure that is on.

ywah he does show backfaces but when i make a new document i CAN make a face elde not
so the gun i am editing i cant make a face
