<div class="IPBDescription">problem mmmmmmkkkkkkkk</div> im having this problem with nero v5.5. When i try to install it, it says error applying transform. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid. what the hell does this mean? is there a way i can get this to work?

    Is this the first time you're installing it? Was there a previous version installed ?

    Sounds like ou have the remnants of a previous install hanging around - probably in the registry. To clean, first remove it from add/remove programs. Then run msizap to get rid of the registry entries for it. You can find msizap <a href='http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301' target='_blank'>here</a>. Note, this is badged for Office, but you can happily extract the relevant .exes from the installer and run them manually.

    This should then leave you with a Nero free computer into which you can install Nero.
