Well I'll try and do something with the inside of the ejector port, since it would look cool adn besides im only arround 1500+ polys at the moment.

why yes I just got bored with hammer and wanted to try something fresh and the fact I always wanted to model a glock 18 (tried it in hammer a few times since 3dsmax scared the pantZ of me)

That is a nice replacement for LMG, but the mag would be humongous... unless it had one of those weird drum mags I see on MAC-10s. Great pistol, replacing LMG with it would explain the weakness if not the accuracy of the weapon.

A more detailed view of the ejector port, with the slide in the back position you can see the top of the clip. 1 more question, anyone got a link on skinning vtms
Hey its looking very very sharp there, loving it so far. Good to see that your still working on such a good model there. Too bad I didn't see this thread back when it was started, I could have tried to help with the modeling process along with Cpl Davis. Although it seems youve gotten pretty much everything sorted out, I just have a small little thing to gripe about.
On the chamber piece (the square part that is connected to the barrel) I noticed in the slide lock picture that theres another square bump on it. I should be flat, or if anything, notched like step lower so that when the slide moves back forward the front of the chamber area can lock with the back of the slide's ejection port area. Umm... sorta hard to explain, I'm too tired to try to draw it, but I do have an airsoft Glock 26c that I will try to take pictures of for yah. Just in case you don't know the 26 is a compact frame Glock, for the people with teeny-tiny hands like me. Just so happens to be full auto like the 18c. Hope that helps...if you havent started meshing/skinning already...

Well I tried this meshing with the result below, with some mirroring of serialnumber problem I noticed and the mode selection switch which actually has to move.
Oh well it was just a first try. btw this uvw mapping is harder then it appears, maybe cause the texture I made is bad...
@ Vash Fourty Five Lc Pictures what you're talking about would be very much appreciated, this is still the modeling part aye so you CAN still help
