Am crash when round about to start

<div class="IPBDescription">Am crash blah</div>well im running a windows server and i installed AM onto it. after that when i start the server everything seems fine, until someone joins marine and someone joins alien, the round is about to start and  <!--emo&::asrifle::--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/asrifle.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='::asrifle::'><!--endemo--> boom the server just crashes...
