    That was something that had me terrified. When I started here they let someone go because they couldn't get a security clearance. I was scared to death that for some reason I wouldn't get clearance and lose my job.

    Deepwater? I was pretty sure it was a Northrop/Lockheed contract but We do hire subcontractors.


    edit: You know, I was moved onto this project because someone was moved off it for lack of clearance. Correlation != causation of course and your brother isn't a Lockheed employee. Still its a bit weird.

    His company was a small company, and I tihnk it was possibly a subcontractor on this.

    I don't remember exactly what he was working on, but it was doing some programing for the coastguard (this required him to be out in washington every weekend).

    He was moved off of it a few months ago, so no real conection, but still fun <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
