It dosnt seem that we can use the NS Release build to test our maps and do the things we could in the NSTR. So I guess we still need to use that in order for us to mess with the particle system ect...?

    I had the nstr for abit my self, then my hd failed so I never bothered to reinstall it, but right now I'm thinking that the full mod will surely be able to only do more than the technology release.

    set sv_cheats 1   and you should be able to edit particle systems the same way as in the NSTR2.  The NSTR2 is 100% obsolete now.
