Milkshape & 3dsmax

Yo,
I've been makin a model in milkshape, but now that ive got 3dsmax i wanna transfer it into 3dsmax from milkshape, is there any way to do this?

    You need a file type they have in common, such as 3ds.

    I saw that, but my milkshape got owned by my brother randomly deleting files on my computer, now that its re-installed, its all good
