<div class="IPBDescription">Mine makes two textures mix...</div> Sorry if my title sounded a bit misleading in some way, but im wondering how you make a light texture say in a roof, NOT stick out of the surface its on, everytiem I place a brush inside a wall, the two textures 'fuse' together, so they appear odd.
see the picture.
I just want to know how you mkae a texture not stick out of a wall, but not look fused at the same time.

Build you wall around the lights. Right now they are overlapping.

Something like that. Your just doing two blocks overtop of eachother.
Really if you don't know simple things like this you should be spending more time on learning how VHE and HL maps work, and less time on making.
Not to sound rude, but this forum is for specific NS mapping questions and problems. As it says in the Mapping Forum description - if you've got Hammer issues (or other non-NS related issues), it's best to go to VERC and ask for help there.
My comment is true though, if he doesn't know how to do things like this he needs to learn... alot
(soz but it had to be said)
