Turning Off Ingame Music Without Mp3volume?

Is there a way to turn off ingame music without using mp3volume? I tried using the Options > Advanced "Music Enabled" but it just resets, probably because my server uses a script blocker so what do I put in my userconfig file?

cl_musicenabled
cl_musicvolume

find them in your config.cfg in the ns folder and set them both to "0" (zero).

then make the file read only.

you could just go to options
theres a checkbox for play ingame music
