After much lies and deceit, I finally made myself a new pc... well actually, my roommates help assembled most of it.

Got These part from Ebay

I got a guts feeling that my motherboard is Junk. But oh well.

Overall. $985.26 for my new PC

But the heating seemed to be a problem. The CPU got one Gigantic fan. But the X800 is pushing 70c. And the case only supported one fan.

the board's not amazing, but it is by no means junk.

I would have gotten an athlon 64 3000 + a radeon 9800 pro instead of that x800 pro and the athlon xp 3000 +. The performance jump in games would be comparible, since your processor is holding your x800 back from its full potential, and overall computing performance would have been that much more.

Holy friggin CPU coolers batman! I hope you got some thermal paste on that baby, because to buy a HS like that and not themal paste it is friggin criminal.

Although if I was spending that kind of money on a computer, I would have gone Radeon 9800 pro, athy 64, and one of <a href='http://www.thermaltake.com/coolers/comboCool/cl-p0024tower112/cl-p0024tower112.htm' target='_blank'>these</a>

Oh BTW, do you need a <a href='http://www.thermaltake.com/purepower/w049atx12v/w0049atx12v.htm' target='_blank'>680W PSU</a>?

i wont bother goind through all the specs but yeah:

athlon 64 3200+
x800 pro 256 mb

etc.
