    Paint the cut edges with varnish if yer nervous about those. Probably turn out rock-solid and you could drown it without fear.

    Did this with a building once, and the only possible problem is a glossy sheen. And you need stronger glue than white glue.

    P.S. Onos update: Head finished, body almost there, stuck and frustrated with the front legs. When I figure out how the durned last remaining pieces join, I'll post again.
