Eh, Radeon 9000. It'll still work.

That's a pretty good one, actually. My old laptop had an MR9000 and I could run Far Cry on it. Everything had to be set to low, but still...
Try to get a bigger HD with that laptop though.
Compaq - ok.
Dell - ok.
HP - ok.
Macintoy? *FAIL* <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Not everyone wants to learn a completely new OS. Would be nice, but it's reality....
What's wrong with WinDonuim? (<!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->) I've never had a problem with it and it runs very well on my laptop.
It's no harder than clicking on the apple in the upper left hand corner instead of the word start in the lower left.

and I DONT LIKE MAC OS (even though i wont be useing it <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> )
I know its's old, and everyone knows this.. But it just fits so good....
I've never had WinXP give me a blue screen of death - even though I've owned two laptops and my parent's home PC - in a year's worth of use.
I'd still rather use linux <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Lucky sonofa.....
For those who aren't in the "laptop in-crowd" Dell somehow managed to get first-release rights on the Mobility Radeon 9800 - the fastest mobile GPU on the market. It pwns the ponce off of anything else by a fairly hefty margin.
