The question is what NOT to download! But really, if you're looking for something to download that takes advantage of broadband, go download SP2, assuming you're using Windows.

There's a lot of swears getting through the filter lately.
I would suggest some lovely lovely game demos, I suggest Evil Genius and Dawn of War. Go now. Google is your friend and I can't be bothered to find links myself.

I have an 80gig hard-drive, ordering a 200gig hard drive in a week or so.
