The "slow" Period

<div class="IPBDescription">Skulks VS RTs</div> If you are taking down RTs by yourself, and are holding fire down, you know eventually your bite will eventually catch up with adrenaline. During this period, attacks become slower resulting in you being more vulnerable against enemy marines.
My question is this: If your biting an open rt, which has 4 sides of open space and you are in the "slow" period, do you keep gnawing, or do you wait for adren gain? Same applies with fade and lerk.

Blue line represents skulk that keeps biting even when its bite rate is compromised. Red line represents skulk that stops just long enough for the required energy to regenerate and then continues to bite at maximum bite rate. As you can see, times are the same.
At the end, both skulks run out of energy from the last bite (when the lines intersect).
So, timewise, if you wait a bit too much then you'll spend more time. If you wait for a little bit between bites, then you'll still finish the res tower in the same time as without waiting, but you'll be more ready for attacks.
If you want to know the optimal rhythm for taking down a structure as fast as possible while keeping just enough energy for other attacks, you'd have to do a little bit of math (provided you can retrieve a few variables). Other attributes to take into consideration (and make calculations more complicated) include the periods between resource tower pumping action - the intervals after which the marines get resources from the tower. Some rhythms are more complex than others and, overall, not at all worth the effort of calculation (unless you need a bit of practice in problem solving).
Without the mathematics, if you don't care much about optimization, wait to recharge some energy so that you have more options in case you are ambushed.
But for the wait peroid, i'd generally hide inside the RT.
in the time it takes for u to travel that distance through jumping/bunny-hopping ur adrenaline should be enough to sustain an adequate number of continuous bites.
also, when u are within biting distance, u shouldn't just hold the mouse button. biting once each time u have ur view on him and within biting distance is more effective and can easily solve the adrenaline problem.
He won't get me without adren.

And if the alien is smart he'll hide inside the RT, forcing the marine to come kill the skulk, or lost his rt.
Big waste of 30 res if he has to do that.
