I don't understand the purpose behind this thread, if you have a problem with a certain server shouldn't you talk to the server owners/admins? Why would you just assume that the same people that call you stackers also read these forums? Maybe its me, but shouldn't guides do whatever they can to balance the teams, especially when there are new players around? How is joining the same team and winning all the time helping those who are struggling with the game? There are three reasonable solutions:

A)auth and take off your icons.

B)Split up so people stop focusing on the teams, and actually play the game.

C)Talk to the server admins and explain your situation.

And I am with Yumosis, why take this conversation here in the first place?

Option B) seems to be the most viable, but then again I really don't play on servers where they complain about the teams constantly. You guys don't have to play on the same team everytime, and I can see why the server regulars would get annoyed.

Last I checked balancing the teams didn't mean you couldn't play on the same team as your boyfriend.

Also balancing the teams has nothing to do with whether or not you play with your significant other, and all about the skill gap between the teams.

Surely both you and Jojo can understand why two skilled players joining one team can throw off the balance on your average pub, right Jane? Creating a skill imbalance between the teams just to play with your clanmates/boyfriend/whatever is the very definition of stacking. Their accusations are perfectly accurate. If the majority of a given server population is average pub players, there's no way you two can join the same team every time and expect the game to be balanced, and given that fact, there's no way you can expect people not to complain about it. Maybe if you really want to counterbalance that issue, you could make an effort to always join the losing team or the one that's already stacked against?

jane from what you described it seems you should just avoid stacking, unless you and jojoshua are going to teach someone something, and then you have an excuse to stack

If the icon is the issue, because the regulars you play with either don't care/don't understand and feel you are stacking just because of the icons, maybe something should be done about that?

If it wasn't the guide icon, it'd be the vet one or the constie one, people don't care what icon it is. They just see two icons, regardless of skill measurement it's stacked.

... and maybe none of you have one friend that you enjoy gaming with, but I do, it's not like I have my whole clan going on the same team, it's just one person who happens to be good.

If i were you, i would just ignore them. Your job is to help newer players out with the game, not to satisfy the demands of all the players on the server.

If anyone on a server insults me / accuses me / calls me a team stacker i ignore them, but if they have genuine questions that i could help them with, i do, or at least i <i>try.</i>

Nevetheless i would advise going on different teams to your friends too, for several reasons. Firstly to even up teams so one team isnt stacked every round to increase the general enjoyment of the game, secondly because fighting against your friends can be just as fighting with - i find it much more fun and challenging to compete against people im on voice comms with and eventually lose than to stack one team and slaughter the other, finishing the game within minutes.

Doesn't matter, really, icons are just there for noobs to think a team is stacked (though it usually is).

i don't recall anybody complaining of stacks, nor did i attempt to imply that you were stacked.
again, if this was me (can't tell because you edited, but i get the picture from the replies) or anyone on my server, i offer my apogies and invite you to play with us again

if it was not our server and someone complains of iconstacks, you need to find yourself a better server
