I think he means the hex RGB values for the name of a marine and alien that pops up when someone is killed.

As in, marines are blue (But not like 0 255 0) and aliens are orange, or something.

take a screeny.
go to paintbrush and load the screeny.
use your eye drop tool and pick the color up.
go to customize colors.
and look at the RGB values to the right.
