Welder Sound Not Stop Playing (sometimes)

There seems to be some kind of bug in stopping the welder sound from play.
I encountered this while playing in alien team and while playing as marine. when i died as a marine while using a welder, i stil heard the welding sound after i respawned, and while i was moving.
As an alien i encountered this bug, after an marine attack was repelled, many HA's died and there was a spot on the battlefield where the welder sound could be heared but there was no marine left.
